ARTIST STATEMENT

When as an artist I begin my journey through the pictorial world, I search the scenes and actors that, with their performing character, are able to expose the script of my feeling, the strength of my attitude before life and the obstinacy of my thinking.

The color, the sea, the Afro-Colombian communities and the horses are those actors that, with the power of their daily living, interpret the reality of a world facing extinction, "The magic world of joy", from which we are also displacing them, I can't be a silent witness, if I manage to make people aware of it by showing the splendour of this world...

When you contemplate my work, I hope life becomes throbbing with its energetic presence.
